Today I will be sharing my perfect lemon bun recipe,
What you will need…
125g self raising flour
2 large eggs
1 tbsp milk
Preheat: 150c gas mark 2
Line tray with 12 cases
Cream together the sugar and the butter into a light and fluffy consistency.
Fold in the flour and make sure there are no lumps.
In a separate bowl whisk together the two eggs and the milk and then gradually fold into the mixture.
Once the egg is all folded add the juice from one half of the lemon and stir.
Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 min and make sure to leave them to cool!
What you will need
300g icing sugar
Zest of a lemon
Cream together the icing sugar and the butter until light and fluffy and then gradually add in the zest of a lemon.
